I’m pretty sure it was a JFK move (in the Fed gub’mint) to lock in votes and contributions to the Dem party.

Recently, Mexico and Canada sued S.C. or North Carolina in Mexico City. The NAALC, part of NAFTA was the instigator. The suit didn’t go anywhere as this is part of the UN and it took place in Mexico. The UN favors unions with the free trade agreements and the Democrats also want unions with these agreements.
This is part of the SPP. My guess is that the governor is very liberal. Free traders didn’t want unions. HAHahahaha
