The similarities are endless--that is one of the first reasons I so strongly oppose Rudy. Arnold has been a disaster.
"My relationship to power and authority is that Im all for it," he once explained.
"People need somebody to watch over them.... Ninety-five percent of the
people in the world need to be told what to do and how to behave."-- Arnold Schwarzenegger, U.S. News & World Report, Nov 26, 1990"Freedom is about authority. Freedom is about the willingness of every
single human being to cede to lawful authority a great deal of discretion
about what you do and how you do it."-- Rudy Giuliani, New York Times, March 17, 1994
That about says it all. Positively chilling, authoritarian statements, from Arnold and Rooty.
Just look at the deplorable condition of the GOP. Both parties are a shamble of people who should never be allowed to be in a position of power.
They want their power to be absolute.
I should have said:
I have yet to see any real substance that Rudy was tough on anything but his ex-wives..
Forget motives and applaud actual actions. Credit is due wherever it's due.
Rudy appointed Arnold Schwarzenegger and his then-mistress, Judith Nathan, to the tax-exempt Twin Towers Fund Board of Directors.
Arnold used the tax-exempt fund to help him launch his movie, "Collateral Damage, with Rudy and his entourage joining in on the gala event.
====================================================
Hmmmmm..............I wonder if the IRS knows tax-exempt monies were used to finance a profit-making movie venture?
ACTION You can report suspected tax-exempt tax fraud here: Call the IRS toll-free 1-800-829-0433 You may remain anonymous if you wish.
==================================================
Appears "Collateral Damage" was produced by one or more publicly-held companies-----(1) Warner Bros. Pictures, (2) Bel Air Entertainment,(3) David Foster Productions, (4) Hacienda Productions.
Foreign Box Office Revenue: Not released (very profitable)
Domestic Box Office Revenue: $40 Million.
Budget Estimate: $85 Million.
Now the SEC might want to know how much of the $85 Million was from Rudy's tax-exempt............AND the SEC might want to know if production companies cooked the books and siphoned off Box Office revenue to evade taxes----without the knowledge and consent of shareholders.
ACTION email enforcement@SEC.com.
