Just FReepers in general making a mountain out of a molehill out of non-scandals of Hunter

Hunter is a good and honorable man. Just don't think he has a chance.

This FredHead never jumped on Hunter. And I don't recall many others jumping on him either.

Fred voted for all abortion restrictions while in the Senate.

I suppose you think an amendment which CAN NOT pass will save lives?

Babies WILL be saved by overturning Roe V Wade.

'Loyalty to a friend.'

Yeah, like a street gangster or a mafia boss.

That's "character" -- sticking up for your drug-dealing friends!

"You guys can worship Fred! and believe he's the 2nd coming"

I think you have FDT supporters confused with Ron Paul supporters. You've referred to him as the almighty, talked about bowing down to him, now you talk about worshiping him and believing him the 2nd coming! All things a RP supporter said about RP right here in my living room!

Certainly better than throw-Rush-under-the-bus Romney for the “phoney soldier” MSM baloney.

Now THAT showed a lack of character

>>>>>Fred’s response regarding abortion was, IMHO, weak.

Nothing weak about federalism, or the 10th amendment. Fred wants to overturn Roe and end abortion on demand as the national policy of the US government. For 200 years the abortion issue was handled at the state level. Fred wants the abortion issue returned to being a state responsibility. Fred also believes life begins at conception. So I doubt Fred would oppose a right to life amendment protecting the unborn. Besides, no POTUS has any power in the matter of Constitutional amendments. According to Article 5 of the Constitution, the amendment process belongs to the Congress and the state legislatures.

FWIW, here is the 10th Amendment and Article 5:

Amendment 10

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.

Article V

The Congress, whenever two thirds of both houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to this Constitution, or, on the application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states, shall call a convention for proposing amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the legislatures of three fourths of the several states, or by conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other mode of ratification may be proposed by the Congress; provided that no amendment which may be made prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any manner affect the first and fourth clauses in the ninth section of the first article; and that no state, without its consent, shall be deprived of its equal suffrage in the Senate.

Didn’t Fred say something about how long ago that happened?
I am going to have to listen to it again but I thought he said it was many moons ago. Now, if he was getting $$$ from Chinatown via his friend Hsu, I would be concerned. That would be just a little too current.

You know, there are only two on our side that I would pull the lever for. Duncan or FRed. I choose to support FRed, for MY own reasons. But, I don’t dis Duncan.

It disgusts me that you and so many others feel, because you’re so far behind, the need to dis FRed.

At this point, any reasonable person can see that Duncan has less than a snowball’s chance in hell to get the nod, and should support the next best candidate. After all, RUDY F’n GIULIANI is taking advantage of YOUR attacks on other Conservatives.

So, go ahead, and keep on attacking FRed, splitting CONSERVATIVES, giving backhanded support to the baby killer, gun grabbing, “gay rights” loving, RINO rudy...who WILL change the face of Conservatism in this Country forever.

You wanna’ support your candidate? Fine, do it. But you need to stop the attacks on FRed as your M.O.

Thanks. I am sure I wouldn’t want to be compared today with what I was doing in the 80’s. It even scares me, and I was there.

Here’s the thing: Fred’s not going to tell you what he thinks you want to hear.

He’s going to tell you who he is and what he thinks, Next step is up to you, but you can bet your last couple bucks he’s not going to triangulate his positions to make you feel better.

I kind of like that about him. It’s the kind of honesty and grit that might just take him all the way to the White House.

What are you doing, playing cop or something?

Oh wait that’s Mitt’s advisers, not his supporters...

Maybe you can get on with the campaign and be in the graphics department, Stripper Pole division...

Maybe if you're good Mitt’s boys can fix you up with a badge and you can pretend to be Vice...

He (Thompson) has to earn the nomination.

That's EXACTLY what he is doing with performances like today's.
