Remember ... the x-42's are clever with words ... " ... haven't witheld a single paper" means ... HAS witheld two or more.
X-42 didn't have sex with that woman ... NOT ONE SINGLE TIME ... was a true statement ... there were NUMEROUS times.
See ?
Get it ?

Clinton and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, have been accused of withholding documents from the period when, as first lady, she worked on health care reform.
I'm waiting for her to be questioned about the FBI files she ordered up and lost in the White House for over a year..........

500 FBI Files never recovered. Fault of that guy nobody remembers hiring. They did find a bunch of subpoenaed whitewater files in her personal quarters. She didn’t notice them I suppose, but never, never withheld them. There were a bunch that were burned at some storage facility in Arkansas. Then a bunch of files found in some car that had been impounded at some salvage yard, also in Arkansas. Oh, and what ever happened to the House Banking scandal files most of which involved democrats? The new attorneys didn't prosecute anyone but Rostenkowski. Wonder why. No files, no evidence.
I truly hope that she does not get elected and we do not have to endure the torture of 4 years of this vapid liar.

Here is another example of a Clinton using what seems to be plain English to lie through his (or her) teeth. She says, "My husband has not withheld a single document." Technically, that's true. But it's still a lie.
Bill Clinton, as a former President, wrote a letter asking for a delay -- until after the 2008 election, if you can believe that -- in the release of hundreds of thousands of documents involving him and his wife while both of them were in the White House. But it is the bureaucrats, in response to that request for delay, who are actually withholding the documents.
So, this particular statement by Hillary is intended to give the impression that Bill is doing nothing to withhold the documents. That is the lie these carefully crafted words are designed to transmit.

Several reporters in the last few years have asked specifically for certain documents to be released. They were told they could not be, due to Clinton’s orders.
Kind of puts the lie to Hillary...but will the DBP report it?

“There’s been some misunderstanding and some misrepresentation about what the facts are,”
So very Clinton. Admit that there is lying going on, as in the above statement, then a shift of focus to how she’s being mistreated, then blame someone else for the problem.
She establishes that the Archives are responsible for releasing papers, then says that her husband is not holding any papers back (at this point he does not own them anyway the Archives do).
No mention of the Bill Clinton memo asking that the papers be held until after Hillary’s hopeful first term.
A few days ago Bill said that he did write a memo, but its intent was to facilitate the early and complete release.
