This is driving me bonkers. We are looking at at least four large rivers, the farthest “up” one has significant tributaries.

I see no cities or other developed areas?????

From a glance at my globe and a quick Google, I believe it is Antilles (The Dominican Republic). Puerto Rico is the island to the right.
