The article fails to mention that President Bush was already agreed to sign the bill.

Moreover, the article has another mistake. It is not 3 billion for free cable but actually 3 trillion dollars for Free Cable to the Poor.

Do you have a LINK on that.

The 3 trillion dollars includes to cost of the 96 inch Plasma Screens that all Welfare households will receive as well as the cost of adding all the premium Porn Channels.
