"As the Honorary Pace Car Driver, Arpaio will be a part of pre-race ceremonies, including driver introductions at the start/finish line. Once the starting command has been given, Arpaio will lead the field of 43 cars onto PIR’s 1-mile oval for pace laps prior to the start of the Checker Auto Parts 500 Presented by Pennzoil, which is the Semi-Final Showdown in the Chase for the NEXTEL Cup."

Don’t drive Yugo’s, do you? My little toy is a little bit faster than the Nascar boys drive. It is a Honda, got two wheels and sports a nice little turbo. You may have heard of the model, it’s a Blackbird, on boost she makes 235hp at the rear wheel and will top out about 216 on the flat. It is truly Mach Two with Your Hair on Fire! 10mph roll on to 180 in 10 seconds flat.

Now, what did you say about my Yugo? Oh, did you say you drove one?
