Kerik, whom Giuliani pushed to head the federal Department of Homeland Security, is under investigation on what could be multiple felony charges.

So now "possible" felony charges are essentially a conviction or at least a basis to play guilt-by-association? Now you tell me a Dem would get this same treatment. Please!

The angle to this story that you don't hear much about is pretty damning. Bernie Kerik actually had an open warrant for his arrest when he was named to head the Department of Homeland Security.
