Restless leg syndrome is real? I saw a commercial the other day and thought the drug companies were getting creative inventing new syndromes. Never heard of that one before.

As for overdoing stuff, I say “All things in moderation—including moderation!” I think the lazy potheads are lazy AND potheads. They’re not achievers crippled under the haze of drugs. They choose to lay about, and the pot makes the laying about seem more interesting. But achievers can and do use drugs—pot, caffeine, nicotine, alcohol. It’s how and when that matters. If you’re an achiever, you don’t do things that are a detriment, and if you’re lazy, you don’t do anything period!

It was for me. I'd go to bed, try to sleep, and have little rippling muscle spasms throughout my legs. I imagined it felt like worms squirming around in my flesh. It used to keep me up for hours, sometimes night after night.

If you move your legs the feeling goes away for a few seconds, but it comes right back. I've tried soaking in a hot tub, walking, kneebends, nothing helped except a few hits off the pipe. Pot put those leg worms to sleep.
