There is a Constitutional issue.

Article III, Section 3, Paragraph 1, of the Constitution of the United States:
"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them,
or, in adhering to their Enemies, giving them aid and comfort.
"

The "aid and comfort" prong of treason has been interpreted
by SCOTUS as requiring proof of four elements:
1. an intent to betray the United States (which can be inferred from);
2. an overt act;
3. witnessed by two people; and
4. that provides aid and comfort to an enemy of the United States.

not sure why you’re bringing up treason re this State case....all I meant to say was that she knew perfectly well that having her kid trample the flag in this particular milieu could very well cause a riot, esp in tandem with the other activities/speech she maliciously choreographed.

Showing her intent to incite to riot would be a cakewalk, IMO.
