Maybe the laws against these things will finally be enforced and voting fraud and bribery will be punished in Lousiana now that Jindal is in charge. But considering the way the state is made up (in parishes with enormous local power), its not too likely in all those southern parishes where virtually all of the voting Dems live

LA 14:119(A) of the State Criminal Code deals with bribery of voters. Not only is the giver of a bribe in violation, but so is the recipient.
