When he says that Mitt is buying South Carolina he also implies that South Carolina voters are offering their votes for sale. That’s probably not a very wise strategy and sounds a little desperate.

Maybe you should continue reading to see what he said...

“Governor, you can’t buy South Carolina. You can’t even rent it.”
