Peterson has conceded to Republican Greg Ballard in Indianapolis! BIGGEST UPSET IN INDIANA POLITICAL HISTORY!

Carrying down into a LARGE majority of Republicans on the City-County Council!

THIS IS A BIG WIN! Democrats can probably kiss Julia Carson's Congressional seat G'bye next year because of it!

GREAT NEWS IN INDIANA!!!!

Bart Peterson was being groomed to be Governor someday. Indianapolis appeared to be trending to the Democrats. It looks like they peaked and are in decline now.

I live in Indy - I LOVE it! Finally that incompetent swine is out of office. Like Ballard said - no more 200 million dollar libraries that no one wants - no more feel good spending on greenways - and best of all, the worst of the worst - Monroe Gray isn’t council pres anymore. Can’t lock people out of the city council meetings now you sub human power monger! Whoo hoo!

This should also cost Democrats Julia Carson’s seat next year...

No more lunchbox giveaways at the inner-city polling places...

If the Dems had won, this was a “bellweather election”. If the Repubs won, it’s an aberration.

Louisiana gave me hope that the Democrat “Wave” was just a media creation, and this bears that out...

The Dems and Libs will celbrate the Kentucky Gov win, and ignore the down-ticket losses, but a Dead Horse should have beaten Fletcher. (It is Kentucky after all..)

what down ticket losses in Kentucky? I had read that the Dems did very well not only in the Gov races, but in all the other races as well.
