Well that was an eye-catcher. FWIW the term “Social Gospel” does not appear anywhere in the article except the title. I wonder if the author even has any idea what the Social Gospel movement was.

Thanks for pointing out the title's similarity to the social gospel movement. Actually I hadn't heard this term before, although I was aware of the settlement house movement.
