I have long maintained that the coronation of Hillary as the Dem nominee would be the Democrats worst nightmare and the GOP's most galvanizing event. She would carry the deep blue states but would crush the dems downticket.
I think the dems are seeing this in their internal polling and are scared. They know they have to take her down, IMHO. What say you, oh learned one.
I think some are starting to see that. Look at her IA and NH poll numbers after that Philly debate. Obama has nearly caught her (won't matter in the long run, as she WILL win NY, CA, PA, MI, NJ, FL, and so on), but it will show she is vulnerable.
I do think either Rudy or McCain (ugh) can beat her right now. I don't think Fred or Mitt can. Rush had great stuff on your question today.
