I used HOT paprika (because Americans can find that easier than Korean hot pepper). My asian pals will probably use Korean hot pepper or Thai hot pepper. (IMO, the Korean stuff is hotter).
The chili powder I used had some heat in it. Ground thai peppers will make it atomic!
