I am not sure anymore about Iran, this guy Ahmadinejad sure does like to beat his chest and claim all sorts of things. I have to wonder what his game really is, of course he to me is a puppet mouthpiece for the king moolahs that really hold the power in Iran.

No need to wonder. He's enriching uranium but he's not training power plant operators, building factories to process enriched uranium into fuel rods, or excavating spent-fuel storage facilities. This is like asking to learn how to fly a jetliner but not take off or land it.
