Kind of appears that way, lily. From the article, "The reviewing Major General added, Lt. Colonel Chessani has “unlimited potential and value to the Marine Corps...”" I guess his potential and value now is to be the Marine Corps scapegoat. It will be TWO years by the time he goes to trial that this whole case was created. Nothing like a speedy trial. God bless Lt. Col. Chessani and his family as they face another hurdle in this whole mess.
