“So, whos lying here?”
Hint: A Clinton is involved.
I hope this waitress doesn’t own a cat...
Hillary's thoughts: "Queen's don't have to leave tips". Ans under her breath...(Go back to your stable...you low life!!)
She must have told Hitlery that she’s a Republican.
“the campaign was demanding a retraction from National Public Radio”
Hillary vs. NPR? What could be better?
Didn’t Hillary Clinton do this in an election cycle up in New England? And, when caught didn’t they send a staffer back the next day to tip the waitress when word got out?
When George Bush the elder was president he came to my town and ate dinner at a very nice restaurant before spending the night. The next morning he read that the owner of the restaurant planned on framing the check Mr. Bush wrote to pay for the meal instead of cashing it.
Mr. Bush immediately sent the full amount of cash including a tip to cover the meal.
Back during her first election campaign in New York, she was given a free breakfast at a diner in some small upstate town, and left without leaving any tip for the waitress.
of all the pols i have waited on, dems tend to tip like crap, while pubs usually tip well.
You have to be quick around here. Post #29 has the link to the incident I was thinking of. The Perfidious One in Albion.
And ripped off the woman's life story for a stump speech, to boot.

“Editor’s Note: Since this story aired, Hillary Clinton’s campaign contacted NPR to say that the campaign paid Maid-Rite a bill for $157 the day of Clinton’s visit and left $100 in tip money. NPR contacted Maid-Rite manager Brad Crawford, who confirmed that a bill was paid and tip money was left. Crawford, who was not in the restaurant at the time, said that he believes a campaign staffer left the money with one of his employees, but “where Hillary was sitting, there was no tip left.” Neither Anita Esterday nor the manager on duty that day were available for comment as of noon Thursday.”
This is the spin that NPR puts on this now - I tried copying the on screen original article and it redacts it when pasted; so far, you can still read it by following the link at the top of this post.
Who’s next? The National Archives?
The Klinton’s silence all kritics.
If NPR reported it, then you know it’s true.
Dang! That was the $100 bill I found on the floor of that restaurant! I tried depositing it, but the bank said it was counterfeit. The Alfred E. Neuman picture should have been a dead giveaway.
Wapo quashes it as well with a few curious comments:

In other words, “Who are you going to believe, us or your lying eyes?”
So Hillary stiffed a waitress out of a tip. Seems to run in the family Bill Clinton also has stiffed a few women in his time. Only with a tip.
This may be the most substantive report of the entire campaign season. Well, except for what is on this page: http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=16099751
