Yep and that "somebody" was the liberals in this state. They gerrymandered the districts to lock in a majority in the Assembly and are heavily funded by the entertainment industry and Government Unions.

A better way of classifying the voters would be "the Entertainment Industry and Government Unions in California got what they paid for".
