Killing enemy soldiers who are trying to surrender is not only morally wrong, it is dangerous.

IF this is true, it supports Ron Paul's position that mistakes by the US has created an increased risk for America. Just like Goliad, the Iraqis and other Muslims would be driven to retaliate to avenge these deaths.
