ANN ARBOR, MI ─ The Thomas More Law Center announced today that the trial of Marine Lieutenant Colonel Jeffrey Chessani, one of America’s most effective combat commanders in Iraq, is preliminarily scheduled to begin on April 28, 2008. LtCol Chessani is charged with failing to accurately report and investigate an incident that occurred in Haditha, Iraq on November 19, 2005, dubbed “the Haditha massacre.”

In my opinion none of the Haditha marines committed crimes. They are all heroes. I am disappointed that our Administration failed to purge the military of the Clintonistas bent on helping the enemy destroy our country! It is a crying shame that we are consistently helping the enemy from within. We accept the word of the enemy to prosecute our own, whether it is border guards or our fine young men in the military. Our Commander in Chief should be supporting our young men and women in the military, instead of standing idly by while our own are being unfairly persecuted.
In other words the United States has a formidable adversary supported by the enemy within composed of left wing socialist revolutionaries (Time, Newsweek magazines and other elements of the MSM such as the alphabet channels), a government full of Clintonista operatives, at best, a misguided military that treats is own worse than enemy combatants, and Congress members who do not have American interests at heart like Murtha, Boxer, Kennedy, et al. Combine that with the absence of true Statesmen with its attendant leadership, and the USA is again on a path to permanent disruption and destruction of the lives of our best and brightest.
