I just watched Senator Thompson on CSPAN2 in a round table discussion and then a Press Conference. I hope people will open the minds and hearts and listen closely to this good and wise man. I think the sacrifice he is making for our County is enormous. Look what he and Jeri will have to give up for eight years. The most precious years in his children’s lives will be shared with the world.

My prayers are with those of you in Iowa and New Hampshire to look closely at this consistent Conservative with "less government" in every proposal. Our Country is in need of a leader and it is up to the people in the first few states to make the right choice for the rest of us. It will be all over before it ever gets to Kansas (my home). It always is. I have never had the joy of voting for my candidate of choice in any primary since I began voting in 1972, my first presidential election. Yes...Nixon! Funny, I remember those hearings and remember Senator Thompson. I watched him closely during the hearings on "foreign contributions" during the Clinton years.

I hope and pray you all make the right decision. That choice just can't be Giuliani, Romney, McCain or Huckabee. They are RINOs in every since of the word. WE THE PEOPLE must demand better. Senator Thompson is the right man for the right time. NOW!

Thanks for posting. I'm trying to keep up with Fred's complete schedule on FredThompsonNews. There's a widget on the sidebar that lists the next few events. You can click on that to see his entire calendar (as far as I know it!).

Pat Robertson sure didn't help things much the other day when he endorsed ( gasp **** ) ( God Forbid ) Giuliani ?? ( Pat Roberson has lost his marbles, and he has with that act alone has lose all credibility in my eyes ).
I sure hope Fred get's the nomination, we can't let this nation be ruled or run by the likes of Hillary, Giuliani, Romney, or McCain.
