I don’t want to sound insensitive, but why do we always have to be sensitive towards the feelings of others?

I’ve met three transsexuals and they were all mentally deranged. They were men who changed themselves into ugly women with big hands and huge feet. I would take the license away from any doctor who would turn an ordinary man into a freak of nature.
