Who authorizes this stuff?
Whose signature in on the paper and what law gives them authority to give away American citizenship to illegal aliens?
If you read the full article, it states that "The Victims of Trafficking and Violence Protection Act of 2000" established "U" visas to encourage illegal immigrants to report crimes against them. A law enforcement agency, prosecutor, or judge would have to vouch that the boy is helping their investigation for him to qualify.
We're all for reporting crimes, I think, and for establishing justice, I believe.
