Now you see why the RNC halved the pool of the early primary states. Rudi's stragedy has always been to bank on Super Duper Tuesday.
If he and his RNC cronies could have figured a way to do the same to the Iowa caucuses, they would.

Hasn’t Romney always been the lead in Iowa? If Guiliani begins losing traction in other states than I will be thrilled. Until then this is interesting but not great news yet.

Great way to start the day. Got this article about Rudy’s dive, and another on Hillary’s campaign in trouble. The two jolts of good news are better than two cups of coffee to wake me up.

I wasn’t voting for Giuliani anyway (I disagree with him on too many issues)... so mob ties just enforced that decision.

What a relief. Rudy may have an entertaining personality but the thought of him as US President was frightening.

Let’s pray that it dings him enough in the primaries we can get a more solid candidate in there.
If Rooty makes it as the GOP nominee, the stuff that’ll pour out of the Clintoon smear machine and the MSM will make the latest revelations here seem like a burp in a windstorm. Rooty is VERY vulnerable.

Let me get this straight, please?
Rudy is supposed to be guilty by association with Kerik...
...but Hillary is not guilty by association with all the scandals of the Clinton administration? Or Livingstone? Or Webb Hubbell? Or the several private investigators that terrorized their enemies? Or the missing billing records? Or FBI files? Or White House Travel Office firings?

Tough spot for GOP. Giuliani has the best chance (so far) against Madame Hillary but his positions are fatally flawed. Romney has better positions, but is likely unelectable.
To: KentTrappedInLiberalSeattle
I’d support Romney over Trudy. I wouldn’t be thrilled about it, but I’d do it.

I like Giuliani’s leadership skills, his communication skills and his ability to get things done. He would be a good executive, in my opinion and if he’s the nominee, he’ll get my vote.
To: KentTrappedInLiberalSeattle
Not to worry. A certain radio show host will rehab Rooty with interview after interview.
