A man believed to be Kim Jong-nam was spotted in Paris by crews of Fuji TV in Japan early this month. They ran into him at Champs-Elysees and interviews him. He answered them in fluent French. He said, "I came here to see a dentist. I don't have much to say. Sorry." Asked how he can speak fluent French, he replied, "You know I studied in Europe."
