And since that's the case if I was the families I'd sue him (Easley) in Federal Court - at least try to for Civil Rights violations (people have sued for less).
easley is under investigation, if not indictment for other crimes other than drivers licenses to illegals, if I recall correctly, he declared the state mandated pension funds usable in the general fund, which is illegal, but easley is a democrat so the media gives him a pass in NC, as well as on the national media stage.
