Yes, it’s supposed to move. It’s frozen in space on my browser. It’s a disaster recovery thing. It took me on and off (mostly off) a couple days to learn how to turn off the phishing filter. sheesh.
Have to watch just how much security we install. Had my email at work today reject a note from a friend. Luckily I had my laptop and it came through on that.
