This explains the Dems insane desperate attempts to stop the funding without the withdrawal commitment (the surrender document). If they can’t ensure defeat in the next few months their jig will be up. Of couse, Hillary will say that she was for the war before she was against it and never promised to withdraw the troops anyway.
