I wonder what numbers of black households are split families resulting in one to two incomes being distributed inefficiently between two households as opposed to one to two incomes more efficiently spent in one household.
Not to mention a baby boomer generation that is maturing into senior years which might also be absorbed into one vice multiple low income households. Compound that distribution by the socialist system of government fed perks which give incentive for split family distribution, and the low income situation might perpetuate itself regardless of social values.
