You reminded me of an article from a short time ago: a young woman who had become pregnant while on vacation some place South of the border was blaming Bush for her pregnancy b/c he had cut funding to her college health center and she had to pay $15/mo more for birth control...in the photo she had a cell phone in her hand! Vacation, college, cell phone = the poor in this country.
