Yes, it sounds very good. Seems that the judge is wise to the fact that prosecutors (LtCol Atterbury, chief among them) are throwing stuff against the wall and hoping it sticks. A different judge had much the same reaction at the end of the Capt Stone case—and charges against him were dismissed.
It will telling to see how long it takes LtGen Helland to put an end to this travesty.
