Is it perhaps possible that those public lands are arboreally-enriched? Indeed. I believe that, in many cases, bear waste matter was discovered in close proximity to tall, shade-giving, cellulosic fauna bearing flat or needle-shaped appendages, often exhibiting high concentrations of chlorophyll.
