Good catch. Can’t see how this could be happening given that extract you posted. Must be a glitch. I had many mil pay glitches while in. Always seemed to take forever to fix.
I’m thinking there must be more to the story.
My worst glitch was after I was on a one year TDA to Annapolis while TDY to Fort Meade. I drew partial pays for that year. When I returned to my home unit I was hauled in to hear my Article 31 rights - for defrauding the government The next morning the finance officer apologized and handed me a check for the couple grand back pay the government owed me.
