I agree that the game has been rigged. Hillary is the nominee, no matter what.
True...but......
Any candidate is one news cycle away from a potential Deaniac scream or Allen macaca moment or Lazio encroachment.
If Hillary shows a few more weaknesses and flubs, as with the driver's license screw up, the Dems will drop her. If she appears to be polling significant negatives, they will drop her. They want to win. If it appears Hillary cannot give them that, they will drop her.

What you say is pretty basic and obviously true -- and yet, I'm not sure. We will have to see.
In my opinion, normal rational thinking, and standard rules don't apply to the Clinton's. I do not think she will win the general election (unless they cheat more than I think they do) but I'm not sure that anything can stop her from getting her party's nomination.
If she does have a Dean Scream moment, and yet continues on to the nomination, it will tell us a lot about where the political process stands. Even more so, if she then wins the election. I have real fears that the voters are no longer part of the equation.
