Clinton Judge Keeps Flying Imams Aloft

Homeland Security: A federal judge had a chance to add a layer of protection for the American people. But she missed it, and in the process might have become the useful idiot of a terrorist setup.

U.S. District Judge Ann Montgomery on Tuesday denied a request by U.S. Airways and the Metropolitan Airports Commission in Minnesota to dismiss a lawsuit brought against them by the six Muslim men now known as the Flying Imams.

The men were removed from a Phoenix-bound flight out of Minneapolis a year ago, after several passengers and crew members became alarmed by what they felt was suspicious behavior. After questioning, the men were later released.

They and representatives of several Muslim groups subsequently complained that they were removed from the plane solely due to religious discrimination.

In March, the men sued U.S. Airways and the airports commission, plus several unnamed persons who reported the imams' behavior to the flight crew, seeking unspecified damages and citing "fear, depression, mental pain and financial injury."

It was that suit that Judge Montgomery allowed to proceed. In her 41-page decision, she said the imams "adequately stated a claim" that airport police may have "seized plaintiffs in violation of their Fourth Amendment right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures."

But we have to wonder if the judge would have so readily given the imams' suit the green light had she been a passenger or crew member on that plane.

The motion to dismiss is pro-forma. It is filed as a matter of course. If there are any issues of fact to be tried, it is denied.

This judge may be a good judge or just awful, but this is no test of that This is a correct decision in my opinion.

And lets be aware that with this feather in her cap, she is a good bet for a circuit court or supreme court position in a ‘rat administration.

What this teaches is that prudent words and actions by passengers and crew are insufficient to deter terror threats.

she seems to have a very sorted past as a judge...just enter her name and the word “corruption” and see for yourself on your favorite seach engine...lets see...”corruption, creditability, and honesty” are Antonyms for the word “klinton” and anything that they touch!

On New Year's Day evening not long after the imams pulled this stunt, I was at U.S. Airways headquarters to take a project photo for my web design client, Jen Electric, who had done the electrical work on the building. I had gone there a month before during the day, but the building faced north and the glare from the sun made it impossible to get a good shot.

Anyway, Homeland Security showed up and detained me until they ran a check on me and determined I was not with Al Qaida.

So, yes, Homeland Security is on the job.

Here's the shot I got and eventually had printed 33" x 22" and laminated to hang on Jen's corporate headquarters wall:

From Jen Electric Website.

In the past. . .and more recent, as well; when outrageous 'judging' occurs; have asked 'Fox' to please - at least identify the political 'persuasion' or by whose appointment, these Judges hold their jobs. so as to remind and/or educate more people on the realities and consequences of Liberalism. Too many 'spades' not being called - so to speak.

Only occasionally, do they go there. Am tired of hearing 'where does this craziness come from' or what was he thinking by doing this - when we know too well, precisely how and by what means, these rediculous and dangerous decisions arrive.

We know. . .but many, many more need to hear and think it. . .and then for sure; they can 'know' it as well.

And none of 'us' should ever forget it either.

Showing how the “gotcha” game is played, to counter some Fred supporters in a separate thread——

This judge was confirmed without a roll call vote, in August of 1996. That means that Fred Thompson consented to this woman being a judge. So, by the logic of some Fred supporters, Fred is personally responsible for this ruling by the judge he allowed to be confirmed by his consent to the confirmation.

I hope that nobody here takes that seriously, and I hope this adds a bit of sanity to the wild and baseless accusations being thrown around by others.

Back to your judge-bashing.

hundred of posting about her on various message boards...here is just one...but where there is smoke there is usually fire...

JUDGE ANN MONTGOMERY IS CORRUPT
17-Nov-06 08:05 am

Bill Clinton appointee Ann D. Montgomery is headquartered in the Minneapolis-St.Paul area.

She has sold her office by covering up felonies committed by USBank and destroying victims of USB who had the courage to file complaints against USBank with Law Enforcement Agencies.

Montgomery has done this by committing a great number of felonies herself.

Money flows to Montgomery’s corrupt political cronies in very large quantities.

But with the spotlight currently on corruption of judges, politicians and lobbyists, Judge Ann D.Montgomery and her criminal USBank friends can look forward to her own day in court.

The Government already nailed her brother-in law. Now it’s her turn.
