Clinton wins surprise support from former French first lady (Bernadette Chirac)

U.S. presidential candidate Hillary Clinton won surprise backing from the wife of former French President Jacques Chirac on Thursday, together with a pledge to join her on the campaign trail.

The Chiracs' political affiliations are at the opposite end of the spectrum from the Clintons', but the former French first lady said she had always thought Democratic candidate Clinton had the makings of a U.S. president.

"She's a woman who is not liked by everybody. But she's strong and she has convictions," Bernadette Chirac, well-known for a forceful character of her own, told the weekly Le Figaro magazine.

In the later years of his presidency, Jacques Chirac was widely vilified in the United States for his vocal opposition to the Iraq war led by President George W. Bush.

His wife met Clinton several times when her husband Bill Clinton was in the White House before Bush.

"From the first look, the first words, Hillary Clinton is a friendly, smiling person who never lets herself be caught out," she said.

She even expressed interest in attending the Democratic convention in Denver in August. "And if I can be of any use to her somewhere in the campaign, I'm available. I'd like to go with her and I'm going to suggest it to her."

...The Chiracs’ political affiliations are at the opposite end of the spectrum from the Clintons’...

They’re not that different. They both got caught with their hands in the cookie jar.

This just keeps getting better and better.

Now, what do Bernadette and Her Heinous have in common? Both have HINOs who are slick, corrupt and morally vacant. Both men are life-long, well known skirt chasers and cads.

The Left will jump on this because Chirac is viewed as Extreme Right Wing...Bernadette is viewed as even more ERW.

Poor Hillary! Surrounded and best by the VRWC.

Jacques Chirac’s baggage likes BJ Clinton’s baggage.

You might be on to something. Bernadette Chirac’s “BFF” was Claude Pompidou, the recently deceased wife of former French President Geourges Pompidou..and a notorious Lesbian.

Huma better be on her guard.

Lets not forget Mary Caitrin Mahoney: 25 (former white house intern) A U.S. Secret Service Agent assigned to checking doors at the White House, opened a door one night and found Hillary Clinton in a compromising sexual position with Ms. Mahoney, a known lesbian since her high school days. Hillary was furious and whacked him in the head with a metal ashtray. Ms. Mahoney was shot to death at a Starbucks Coffee Shop, right in the heart of Washington DC, a short time later. Not sure if this is true or not , couldn't find a good source for it but a comment made on a site I was reading made me wonder who Mahoney really was involved with, Hillary or BJ...

Wonder what the true reason she was shot as the safe in the place wasn't opened & there was money in it.

However others say BJ Clinton was involved with her. The whole thing stinks & the Clinton's seem to leave a body trail.

Don't know how reliable the info is but it sure seems odd.

Why does this women think that she is important enough to impose her foreign views on American voters? I wouldn’t care if she was supporting a Republican, I don’t want any foreigner to have an influence on an American election.

How long before Oil-For-Food money finds its way into Hill's campaign?

Saddam would have wanted it that way. :-)
