Weapons to Abbas militia is an authorization to fight resistance and Zionist
gift to Ramallah Gang

At a time the Zionist entity and Ramallah gangs prevent food and medicine
from crossing to Gaza Strip, at a time of increasing the fierce attack on
the valiant Palestinian resistance in the West Bank. Again, the dirty game
appeared its new threads against the Palestinian issue, which meant to be
turned to security issue. And some of our people, like Abbas, are turning
into guards to the Zionist entity. They seek to the dream of peace with the
wolves.

In this framework, the Zionist agreeing to supply Abbas militia in the West
Bank with armored vehicles and hundreds of thousands of bullets, is a
clear-cut steps. It is known that these weapons will not be directed to the
occupation. It will be directed to the sons of the Palestinian people. This
step came after Abbas give his strategic ally, "Olmert", the oblations
against the Palestinian people!!

In anywhere in the world, the land occupier provide military aids, arms and
armored vehicles to the occupied people?!, unless among the occupied people
a traitors, who give their loyalty to their enemy.

Consequently, Al-Qassam Brigades are confirming on the following:

1. We consider that Abbas services in the West Bank are part of the "Shabak"
and traitors. We call our people to deal with them on this basis, and taking
all the necessary security prudence.

2. We call our people in the West Bank to withdraw their children from these
devices.

3. We are confirming that this round will fail. The Zionist enemy and its
allies in Ramallah will regret.

4. We call the resistance to escalate its actions against the occupation to
dispel enemy dreams of security and stability under the protection of his
loyal friends in the Ramallah.

Nablus - Ma'an Exclusive - A prominent leader from the Al-Aqsa Brigades, the
military wing of Fatah, told Ma'an's reporter on Thursday that he refused to
meet with the US Security Advisor General Keith Dayton to discuss the issue
of Palestinians in Nablus, who are 'wanted' by Israel.

Mahdi Abu Ghazala, who is himself on Israel's 'wanted' list, said he refused
to meet Dayton out of respect to the Palestinian Authority as he considers
it their responsibility to negotiate the matter with the Israelis.

Dayton paid a surprise visit to Nablus earlier in November to monitor the
implementation of a security plan that included a deployment of 300
Palestinian Authority security service members to the volatile city. The
Palestinian Authority recently announced that the plan was progressing
successfully and they said that Palestinian police will take control of
security operations in other West Bank districts.

Meanwhile, Israeli forces in Nablus arrested a prominent activist affiliated
to the Al-Aqsa Brigades.

Sources from the Al-Aqsa Brigades and Palestinian security services said
thirty-year-old Nasr Al-Kharraz, the spokesperson of the Brigades in Nablus,
was seized from his house in Asira Al-Shamaliyya, west of Nablus.

According to Fatah sources, Al-Kharraz was included in the amnesty list
which has been ratified by Israeli security.

Ma'an has learned that negotiations are underway between the Palestinian
security services and the Israelis to secure Al-Kharraz's release.

"The apprehension of Al-Kharraz reiterates that Israel did not and will not
abide by the signed agreements and shows no respect to the guarantees they
give the Palestinian Authority," Abu Ghazala said.
