Not only a Navy Vet Pilot, but owns his own fleet. OooKay!! Color me slightly jealous.

Hope he wins in the end, and the McLeans vacate his neighborhood.

As part of my bachelors degree I had to take a course in Real Estate Law. This is, unfortunately, quite legal.

Unethical, IMO, but legal. That said, I hope they can get their land back.

Let this be a lesson to anybody who owns land: put a fence or barrier on it with a big, glow-in-the-dark Private Property--No Trespassing sign. Never let it lie fallow or let the land itself give the impression to anyone that it's been abandoned (i.e. neglect, weeds, etc.) Plant wildflowers on it occasionally...and maybe park a little vacation trailer on it and use it once a month or so.

As for this modern day Ahab and Jezebel and their co-conspirators, may God have mercy on their souls, for they will be judged as the thieves and liars they are in a Court where they will have no influence whatsoever before the King of kings. The lake of fire awaits.
