That CAN’T be the real photo - is it? Do these guys even TRY? He could have at least shaved his beard and put on some makeup - and to go a step further shave his arms and stuff some tissue paper in his dress.
Of course, these are the guys that try to blow up their tennis shoes with damp matches (perhaps a lighter was too high tech for the terrorist’s thankfully feable minds).
