It will have lobbyists lining up to have their client’s industries to recieve a prebate allowance.
Cable TV prebate allowance.
DVD sale prebate allowance.
Automobile prebate allowance. (SUV? prebate PENALTY)
Cell phone prebate allowance.
Approved internet carrier prebate allowance.
American made clothing prebate allowance.
Home improvement prebate allowance.
Public School prebate allowance. (private school prebate PENALTY)
