Goes back to FDR and probably back to 1860. No the black folks were hardcore pubs before JFK, while most white folk were democrats, Have to use the terms of the times. LOL But the white southern democrats were conservative for the most part and not liberal.

This isn’t limited to blacks. Political whoring goes back many years to offering special interests funding for their pet projects in exchange for votes. The current Democrats are experts at it.
