Krusee will replace Williamson.

The legislation that will be considered in the next session has already been written. It was written around the negotiated compromise between Krusee, Carona, and Williamson and includes the creation of the "Texas Transportation Company", which will be a limited liability corporation in which the state assumes a partnership position along side of the private investors, but limits the states financial liability.

Is there anyway to stop this crap? I am sick of Texans being sold down the tubes.

“Krusee will replace Williamson.”

Good! He’s burned his bridges in Williamson Co.

Wonder what mega-company will hire Williamson.

Will there be any indexing of the state gasoline tax or any redirecting of the misspent portion to roads?
