Cirrus at 300,000 dollars plus?
L.S.A. was to help introduce folks to inexpensive flying.
Litigation screwed that pooch

Yea, Cirrus is pricey, but you get what you pay for.

There is no comparison between a Cirrus and a Skyhawk.

Look at what litigation did for him.

If we proposed "Legal Reform for all Americans!" as Health care Reform is being snake oiled to us, the Democrats and the lawyers would blow a gasket.

no reform as long as lawyers pay off the dems.

This thread is the first documented Skycatcher hijacking.

How many pounds of tilapia will this Skycatcher haul anyway?

8-)

Would it be safe to eat, or should we just give it to the cats?

I'll turn you into the local ASPCA if you do give them the fish. LOL

You are correct. I’ll preface my comments by saying I grew up co-piloting private airplanes — my father owned four of them over the years. I grew up assuming that I would also own airplanes, because it used to be a hobby affordable to anyone with a median income, but no longer, because prices have soared [pun intended] out of sight. More than anything else, lawyers killed private aviation with huge lawsuits. More regulations and requirements have also driven up the complexity and expense of aircraft. I also recall my first whiff of political correctness after the 1970’s oil embargo — some people opined that it was wasteful buring precious gas in luxury items such as planes and boats.

Actually, no, I meant my post for you:

Rather than feed the potentially dangerous fish to one’s pets, which could expose them to toxins unknown due to their mysterious origin, and subsequently allow the purveyors of this poison to keep their fraudulently gained profits, I think it better to cost them money.

Take it back to the store and demand a cash refund. Recommend to the store staff that they should consider the same action with their distributor, and keep bucking it all the way up the line.

Sorry for the delay in responding, but my video card barfed, and I had to get a new one.

The best way to stop a store from stocking a product is don’t it. That is more effective than trying to reeducate them or yelling in their faces.

“What you are saying is that “teeth, hair, and eyballs wrecks” aren’t survivable....no kidding. But they are the exception, not the rule.”

In my post I was talking about the exceptions then since this article was about planes manufactured in China, and posters are worried about their safety given China's dismal record of safety for other products manufactured in China. I am sorry you didn’t understand that this is what I meant in my post.
