I like this bill...esp the part where business/transporters of illegals could lose their property.

I think this part would never be overturned even in the most liberal of courts since it deals w citizens, and not illegals, directly.

This HB 1804 jr sounds a bit Draconian...a tough bill for sure...to equate harboring illegals with drug smuggling with it’s seizure penalties is quite a stretch..Has it been that long since the Underground Railroad days of the 1860s ?

Suppose someone were to ser up a Draconian meter, where would this House bill be on the Drac scale?...0 to 10...not harsh at all to over the top...
