actually the "HIV/AIDS capitol" is the same city as "America's MURDER Capitol" = i.e., Washington, DC.

according to a 2006/7 report by the Howard University School of Medicine, about 25% of DC residents (@ 200,ooo +/- a few thousand patients) are LIKELY HIV-positive!!!! (be REALLY careful, if you should visit DC!)
