An East Sandwich woman and her son are suing The National Enquirer saying the supermarket tabloid printed outright fabrications alleging that she gave birth to Sen. Ted Kennedys love child then participated in a 20-year coverup of the scandal.
Virtually every critical fact which these stories reported is false and each is defamatory, says the lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Boston by Caroline Bilodeau-Allen and her son, Christopher.
The lawsuit contends that Christopher is not Kennedys biological son, that there is no paternity test which proves that Sen. Kennedy fathered Mrs. Bilodeau-Allens son. That Sen. Kennedy never paid Mrs. Bilodeau-Allen to cover up a scandal, nor did Mrs. Bilodeau-Allen participate in any conspiracy to have the scandal covered up.

And that he’s said to be endorsing Obama.
That's certainly a clintonesque (or is it clintonian?) statement. So what? Apparently, none has been performed. What would the results be if one were?

Have the DNA test lady.
Three words: dee en aye.
Just asked resident lawyer - he says “diversity” means the parties in the lawsuit are in 2 seperate jurisdictions, in this case Mass. vs. Fla.
Not a very strong denial...depending on what the meaning of "is" is.
Ah, thank you! :)
He probably isn’t, but people will claim anything to get money. Even if the case doesn’t go to trial, she’ll get a good chunk of “let’s make this go away” money. Remember the good ole days when judges just dismissed suits on their basis? You know, we keep on complaining about lawyers, but judges are 51% of the problem because none of them have to the guts to dismiss suits anymore. As my aunt would parphase, “lawyers are the wh*res of society, but judges are the pimps.”

Maybe she wasn't "Mrs. Bilodeau-Allen" then, or perhaps "no paternity test" is a brand name
Well, the Swimmer just got an 8 million dollar book advance. Plenty to go around.
