This guy is from San Francisco. He did the naked concert in San Mateo.

Francisco != Mateo

This goes a long way to explain why he got arrested. San Mateo is a fairly sane place about a half an hour south of San Francisco.

Nah. There must be more to the story. Probably he was actually arrested for having illegal possession of an SUV.
