Savage will be filing a lawsuit against CAIR on Monday. He read parts of it today, it’s a copyright lawsuit asserting that CAIR stole material from his show and used it (and abused it) to get his advertisers to drop him. I don’t know, I’ll have to see more, but how much is ‘fair use’?
His attorney said on the show this evening that they’re likely going to file RICO charges against CAIR.
Maybe we can use RICO on the ACLU next?
